At Ling-Ling’s, we are delighted to host your group and are committed to delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience. To ensure the highest level of service and preparation, kindly review the following terms and conditions for group reservations.

1. Reservation & Deposit Policy

For group bookings of more than 15 guests, a deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required to confirm and secure the reservation. Alternatively, a minimum spending commitment of IDR 200,000 per person may be applied in lieu of the deposit. Deposits may be transferred to the designated bank account and will be fully credited toward the final bill on the day of the event. Kindly note that reservations will only be considered confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received.

2. Seating Arrangement for Large Groups

To ensure comfort, efficient service, and an enjoyable dining atmosphere, dinner bookings with more than 30 guests will be allocated within the designated corner section. This arrangement allows for a more organized service flow and enhances the overall dining experience.

3. Menu Selection & Pre-Order Requirement (30+ Guests)

For group reservations of more than 30 guests, the following conditions apply:

– All menu selections, including any dietary restrictions or special requirements, must be finalized no later than 48 hours prior to the reservation date.
– This requirement enables proper preparation and ensures consistency in both quality and service timing.

While the curated set menu is recommended for larger groups, guests may opt for à la carte selections. However, to maintain a seamless dining experience, pre-ordering is strongly advised for all à la carte requests.

4. Special Requests & Celebrations

Special arrangements, including birthday or anniversary celebrations, decorations, or other personalized requests, must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation. All requests are subject to availability and operational capacity.

6. Final Notes

By confirming a group reservation, all guests are deemed to have understood and agreed to the above terms and conditions. These guidelines are established to ensure a smooth, timely, and enjoyable dining experience.
